He asked boda boda riders wishing to go into the area to make prior arrangements to avoid getting into trouble. He said that the shades used by Boda Boda in the area had been rendered illegal, and they should find alternative spots. The order comes after the residents of Milimani and Tom Mboya complained of being mugged and their phones snatched by people riding on Boda Boda. This is an evil act and should stop.
