Junior, like his elder sister Lupita, is an actor and has already made news for his design style, which includes dressing as a woman at times.
Not only does Junior dress up, but he has also been photographed wearing makeup, leading one to believe he is gay.
The governor's son, on the other hand, demonstrated that he is not gay in July 2020, when he married musician Wanja Wahoro following their engagement in 2019. Surprisingly, he continued to refer to himself as Mr. Wanja, as his wife noted in a tweet.
Junior bravely wore a maxi dress to the 10th anniversary of Blankets and Wine in October 2018. When asked why he dressed in that manner, he stated, "There is no mental process, my G. If an item of clothes appears to be attractive, it is."
Another outrageous occurrence occurred when the governor's son appeared for photographs wearing a red thong and matching heels. What if Adam was Eve was the title of the photographs.
Many Kenyans thought that was a bit excessive, while others were taken aback by the creativity, like Lupita, who commented on the photos, "Hahaha. I have NEVER considered that!"
To allay any suspicions, Junior went ahead and shared a flashback photo of himself dressed in a purple gown, stating that he has always been that way.
He also attended an event in Nairobi in 2019 dressed in a long black gown with an African design. He finished the appearance by donning sneakers.
Junior has also been photographed partially naked with flowers fastened to his head on other occasions.
Junior Nyong'o first gained prominence when he appeared in Ellen DeGeneres' selfie during the 2014 Academy Awards in Hollywood, Los Angeles, when his sister was named Best Supporting Actress.
