In his bid to familiarize the bottom up economy policy, the deputy president is in Wetsern Kenya. His tour to the region has started with Busia county. In Bumala market which is in Butula constituency, Ruto has been met with a wonderful welcome, hundreds paraded in the streets to welcome him.
While chanting the hustler slogan, youths lifted wheelbarrows which attracted de deputy presidents attention. In his comment he promised to 'sort' the owner. However it is the number of women available that seem to have drawn his attraction to his comments. While inviting one of the women and who is a political aspirant, Ruto promised to give out ksh 1 million for the wowen to boost their business.
Madam Susan Nyaugo got the opportunity to address hundreds of people whom she will be required to convince to elect her as the member of parliament for the large Butula constituency.She has promised Ruto of her commitment and that she will vie under his party. Ruto is touring the Western Kenya region foe the second time and the welcome seem to be convincing. He will be battling foe the presidential position together with the OKA aspirant and Raila Odinga who is expected to give his stand before this month end.
