Penning his thoughts in a post on his Facebook page on Tuesday, Senator Sakaja showed his approval of the report while appreciating the honor of representing the people of Nairobi County, a post which elicited mixed reactions from netizens.

According to a report by Mzalendo trust tittled 2020 Parliamentary Scorecard, the number of senators and members of parliament who did not contribute in parliament continues to be on the rise.
The report report placed Nairobi County Senator Johnson Sakaja at the top as the best performing male senator followed by Samson Cherargei of Nandi, Moses Wetangula of Bungoma, Ledama Ole Kina of Narok, Farhiya Ali Haji a nominated senator and Getrude Musuruve.
