Three political parties have ganged up against DP William Ruto and Raila Odinga's candidates in both Kabuchai and Matungu by-elections.
On Wednesday February 16, KANU, Ford Kenya and Amani National Congress ANC Parties came together in a sign of solidarity to make sure their joint candidates win. For instance, in Matungu Constituency they have thrown weight behind ANC’s Oscar Nabulindo while in Kabuchai they are jointly supporting Ford Kenya’s Joseph Wekesa Kalasinga.
“During the campaign trail for the Ford Kenya candidate in Capuchai constituency Joseph Wekesa Majimbo Kalasinga at Nalondo market with Hon. Musalia Mudavadi, Sen. Gideon Moi and Sen. Moses Wetangula,” Kalonzo Musyoka tweeted.
This arrangement is meant to make sure Orange Democratic Movement and Ruto's United Democratic Alliance UDA parties dont have a chance to win in any of the two by-elections.
Tomorrow on Thursday, Homenews.co.ke confirmed the three heavyweights will be pitching camp in Matungu where they will meet the electorates and address them in several rallies across the Constituency.
