Majority leader Kimani Ichungwa now claims that the opposition leader Raila Odinga's latest move to call for a nationwide protest is a backward and uncalled for warning him that president William Ruto is not like the former head of state and government president Uhuru Kenyatta.
"I want to warn Raila Odinga that his excellency William Ruto is not like Uhuru Kenyatta who could easily give in to pressure from him. Don't dare us because we will deal with you as government," he said.
He added that as the government, they are ready to deal with Raila Odinga Incase he tries to interfere with peace and unity that Kenyans have been enjoying since the August general election. He said the government is always on a watch eveytime to realize that everything is always in order.
"I want to warn Raila Odinga not to dare us because we will not spare him. The government is always on a watch and therefore there is nothing he can do to interfere with peae we have been enjoying," he said.
He was speaking in Gatundu south during the burial of Moses Kuria's sister an event that has been attended by president William Ruto.
