She further said according to Raphael Tuju, it was a must win for the BBI report at high court.
Perhaps, he stated that let's someone advise Tuju that by now we have the 2010 Constitution which ensures the judiciary is free from interference from the executive.
She stated that phone calls or pedestrian statements can't influence the decisions of the bench. She revealed that very soon when he finishes his tenure at Jubilee house, the same judges could be listening to him.
She put a lot of emphasis that judiciary is the only arm of the government which is free from politics, and where every citizen take a refuge when feels that his or her rights have been violated.
Her post attracted several comments from kenyans, majority of them joined her in condemning the statement of Raphael Tuju. They further said Judiciary is an arm of the government that must be respected at all times.
