Ugandan president Yoweri Museveni has today issued out a great announcement concerning the insecurity state in DRC. President Museveni has claimed that there is a simple way of ending the war and the state of insecurity will come to an end in DRC.

"Armed groups can be defeated with harmonised efforts" President Yoweri Museveni believes the insecurity in DRC has to a larger extent been perpetuated by the presence of illegal guns that have been circulating within the country since independence," President Yoweri Museveni stated.

President Museveni thus urged DRC to embrace Peacefully way of calming the situation in DRC rather using force. President Museveni thus embraced the peaceful negotiations talks in DRC so that the situation can be solved peacefully otherwise things will continue worsening and citizens of DRC will suffer a lot due to the effect of war.
