Joe Mucheru who is the CS for ICT in Kenya today stated that I don't intend to rig poll but protect Raila's votes. This comes after deputy president William Ruto allies have been complaining recently saying that Joe Mucheru plans plans to rig elections in favour of Raila Odinga. They want Joe Mucheru to resign before August general election.

Vincers tweeted, "Protect Raila's votes! Your behavior is one of reasons why the constitution doesn't allow CSs in office to do politics in this manner. Your office play a crucial role in the elections so please observe the law and be contented with the limited political rights enjoyed by CSs."

Joel tweeted, "Yes they have always been stealing Rails votes this round the servers will he intact and votes will be counted one by one @OleItumbi this round no hacking the systems are protected."

Keter tweeted, "Protect from what if not rigging? Impunity from the CS. Just remind he serves the people of Kenya & not Raila alone."
