Another Win for Uhuru, Kioni & David murathe After Political Parties Dispute Tribunal Gives Order

Former president Uhuru kenyatta and his Associates can breathe a sigh of relief this evening after the political parties dispute tribunal gave a ruling in favour of their side.

This Is coming just a few hours after the registrar of political parties this week revealed that the team that was being led by kanini kega and Sabina chege followed the right constitutional way to have them out of office.

Today's ruling by the political parties tribunal dispute has given a conservatory order that will see the leaders of the Jubilee party led by the secretary-general Jeremiah kioni together with the vice chairperson David murathe stay in office until a ruling is given next week.

The team is accusing the registrar of political parties Ann Nderitu of playing monkey business with a party which has been in existence for over 10 years as saying that her actions are tantamount to subverting the will of the party.
