Former Secretary General of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) Mr. Mukhisa Kituyi, has revealed what will happen to DP William Samoei Ruto and his Allies, if the popular Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) process will succeed at the High court.
Some few days ago, the High Court ruled out the BBI Report. And through a panel of Five Judges led by Chief Magistrate George Odunga and Lady Justices Theresia Mwatheka, their statement was that the popular Initiative was Unconstitutional, Void and Illegal.
President Uhuru Kenyatta and Raila Odinga, were not pleased with the ruling. And they have already prepared a team of 15 Professional Judges, who are representing President Kenyatta, Raila Odinga and the Independent Electoral and Boundary Commission (IEBC) to appeal the ruling on BBI.
Speaking to the Journalists, Mukhisa Kituyi delivered this clear and bold message to DP Ruto on what awaits him, if the Appeal on BBI will succeed. "They were the first to thank the Almighty God when the High Court ruled on BBI. Now, the Judges are on set ready to appeal the case. And I believe that we will win back the Initiative. The master and his Juniours should expect a strict law that Investigate their Source of wealth." Stated Mukhisa Kituyi
