Gatundu South member of parliament fearless Moses Kuria has vowed to challenge the decision made by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission of throwing out the Chama Cha Kazi candidate for Kiagu by election.
Hon Milton Mwenda Kabobo was disqualified by the IEBC following the petition by the South Imenti UDA coordinator Salesio MutumaThuranira. To replace the disqualified candidate, the party has been directed to submit another different candidate for the same position.
Moses Kuria who says that he has not been satisfied by the decision made by the IEBC gas confirmed that he shall be going to High Court to challenge the decision to disqualify Mr Milton Mwenda. Kuria who has been a hustler nation diehard says that going to court tomorrow will be the first thing to do.
