According to Dr Alfred Mutua, there are many leaders that were equal to the task but president William Ruto choose him.Dr Alfred Mutua went ahead to thank president William Ruto for seeing capabilities in him to head that docked. It's in public domain that Dr Alfred Mutua ditched Azimio la Umoja team four months to the general election and joined Dr William Ruto and played a very crucial role in achieving the required votes to win the top seat in the land. Many leaders including those allied to Raila Odinga have praised Dr William Ruto alleging that he has been very loyal to his people who supported him during the hards time.
