Corruption is a major problem in the country. Kenyans are losing alot of money every day. Early this year, president Uhuru Kenyatta admit that Kenya loses atleast 2 billions every day through corruption.
Today, Kenya court has yet again delivered landmark ruling after slapping businessman Mukuria Ngamau a fine of Ksh 720.8 million or face 27 years in jail for for defrauding Youth Funds of sh 180 millions.
COURT FINES businessman Mukuria Ngamau Sh720.8m, or in default serve 27 years in jail for defrauding Youth Fund of Sh180m," read the statement. The ruling has been welcomed by majority of kenyans who feel that it's only court that will bring to an end of corruption which has negativity affected the kenyans and their livelihood.
This is good news to kenyans and it should serve as a warning to all those who have defraud various sectors of economy that current Kenya court is determined to see justice in the country.
