Another Attack As Alshabab Exchange Heavy Fires With AMISON At Somalia

AlShabaab fighters have carried out earlier on this morning two complex attacks on Somali Army bases in Awdhegle and Barire towns in Somalia's L/Shabelle region. Residents say the attacks begun VBIED attacks about 4:00am and still clashes can be heard.

Another explosion targeting reinforcement forces from Mogadishu has been reported in the area of Lafoole just view KMs away from Afgoye. Casualties reported.

BBC says the two SNA army bases who become under militants attacks this morning have been siezed by AlShabaab. No word from the Somalia govt yet. Here you can see the biggest army bases in the area.

In Somalia several opposition MPs allege to have been blocked from attending parliament session this morning amid reports that road blocks were erected in the streets of the capital Mogadishu.
