The country was yesterday in shock when reports emerged that ODM leader and former Prime Minister Raila Amollo Odinga tested positive for Covid 19.
This comes at a time when the government is in a top gear rolling out the Covid 19 vaccination programme throughout the country. The saferty of the Covid 19 drug,AstraZeneka has been questioned as some countries have witnessed very harmful effects of this vaccine.
Denmark,Norway and Iceland have temporarily suspended the administration of this drug after several incidences of death due to blood clot was registered.
Kenyans took to social media to wish a quick recovery to the former Prime Minister. Deputy President William Ruto led the Kenyan politicians who wished Raila Odinga a quick recovery.
Early today,Nairobi Woman representative and ODM party member, Honourable Esther Passaris took to her twitter handle to wish her party leader,Raila a quick recovery. Hers was a bit unique. She dedicated a song to Odinga to encourage him to fight on.
The song by televangelist and songwriter,Don Moen is a very powerful song. The name of the song is,"Iam the Lord that healeth." In this song,Moen reminds us of the healing power of our Lord,He is the healing Lord.
Let me also take this opportunity to wish Raila Amollo Odinga a quick recovery and remind him that all shall be well.
