The former Governor for Kakamega County, Wycliffe Oparanya has sparked mixed reactions when he siad that he's not going to support Raila Odinga.
Wycliffe Oparanya said that he is now offering himself to lead the unity drive of his people. He's done with Raila and even if Raila bad-mouthes him, he knows God will not forgive him.
"I am offering myself from now to lead the unity drive of our people. I am done with Raila and even if he bad-mouthes me, God forbid, he knows, he will not be forgiven", stated Wycliffe Oparanya.
The Deputy Governor for Kakamega Hon Ayub Savula has responded to Wycliffe Oparanya's remarks. Ayub Savula says that he's in total support of the statement by Wycliffe Oparanya. It's time for plan B and chart a different political destiny to power.
"I am in total support of the statement by our former Governor Hon. Oparanya that he will not support Raila Odinga in future. Our Luhya community has supported Raila Odinga in 5 successive elections in vein. It's time for plan B and chart a different political destiny to power", stated Hon Ayub Savula.
