Speaking today in Machakos County, the deputy president William Ruto made it clear Uhuru has come to the realization that Odinga is the cause of big four failure. Ruto affirms that the president spoke nothing about big four rather other things a confirmation handshake has caused trouble.

DP Ruto is clear the president agreed that the entry of Odinga into jubilee party led to the collapse of the big four agenda. The deputy president William Ruto is clear of it's not for Odinga then the government would have made serious milestones on big four.
Ruto has remained clear he will carry forward the big four agenda that was slowed down by the BBI report. He is clear this BBI was a big destruction to Uhuru Kenyatta plans of leaving a united country as well achieving his agenda.
Ruto is clear the president is now coming to terms with the reality of how he has failed in his handshake with Odinga. DP Ruto has remained optimistic moving forward BBI will finally collapse dead so that the right agenda of big four can be carried forward.
