DP Ruto's Bold Message to Raila-Uhuru During The National Prayer Breakfast

During the National Prayer Breakfast, Amos Wako narrrated how he narrowly escaped death after he tested positive for the coronavirus. He however, told the president to be more strict on the measures taken to protect Kenyans.

During his speech DP Ruto delivered a bold message. He claimed that much has happened and as things stand today, the Tangatanga tours are not there and the BBI 'reggae' has also stopped. He added that he thinks Kenyans need to listen to our religious leaders. Maybe God is telling Kenyans including the leaders to come and let them reason together.

Deputy President William Ruto stated that even in the midst of this pandemic Kenyans have had positive things that they should celebrate. He claimed that the nation has got the first female Chief Justice, the government launched the Lamu port and also Speaker, Muturi got an appointment with the Kikuyu Council of Elders.

President Uhuru said that the prayers that have been said today are geared towards giving our hope back. To our speakers, there are proposals before you, proposals that will ensure that every Kenyan is able to have access to health insurance.

Peter Waiyaki stated that leaders should internalize and insist on integrity. Whoever we are, however low or high we are, we must maintain integrity, he said. Waiyaki added that lack of integrity especially from the leaders robs peoples hopes.
