Woman who had accused Agriculture Cabinet Secretary nominee Mithika Linturi has withdrawn the case as she revealed the next move between them.
The woman after withdrawing the case said that they will settle the matter outside of court.
This comes days after the Court ruled that the case between Mary Ann Keitany and Linturi was not legal throwing it away.
"Woman who accused Agriculture Cabinet Secretary nominee Mithika Linturi of attempted rape in Nanyuki withdraws the case, settles matter out of Court," Sources revealed.
The woman had filed a case in the court accusing Mithika Linturi of rape some couple of months ago.
However, it is now clear that the duo will be solving their case outside the court. Mithika Linturi had been having pending cases as he seeks to take over the Agriculture docket in William Ruto's government.
Mithika Linturi and Aisha Jumwa are the two CSs nominees accused of not having the integrity needed.
