UDA Party Breaks Silence on Court Ruling on Senator Isaac Mwaura's Deregistration From Jubilee

A Nairobi High Court has today made a ruling on a case filed by Nominated Senator Isaac Mwaura challenging his deregistration from the JUbilee Party earlier this year.

High Court has quashed deregistration of Senator Isaac Mwaura from Jubilee party after he challenged the move to throw him out of the ruling party, terming his deregistration unlawful.

Deputy President William Ruto affiliated United Democratic Alliance (UDA) party has broken silence on the High Court ruling, congratulating the legislator for the win.

The party has added that the courts have come to show that they are the last refuge for Kenyans whose rights have been trampled upon.

"Congratulations Hon. Isaac Mwaura for being reinstated as a nominated Senator. Once more our Courts have come to show that they are the last refuge for Kenyans whose rights have been trampled upon," a tweet by UDA party read.
