The Azimio flagbear Raila Odinga has already made irreducible minimums to IEBC for him to take part in the presidential elections. He has allegedly promised to boycott the elections if his demands are not given attention by the commission. Raila has insisted the use of the manual voter register alongside the electronic one. However governance expert has send a bold message to Raila.
Dennis Nthumbi said that for Raila to say no manual register, no election is a security issue. He told Raila that in his capacity, he cannot stop an election, even William Ruto cannot stop an election. Nthumbi claimed that it is not mandatory that Raila Odinga is on the ballot as he even boycotted the elections in 2017 but Kenyans have a President. "Raila has already conceded defeat and he is back to his usual antics. There is nothing that is giving Azimio sleepless nights more than the issue of state capture."
