No Thanks, Uhuru's Former Top Official Allegedly Refuses Ruto's Job Offer

Today, there was come online commotion after a report by the Daily Nation reveled that a former man in President Uhuru Kenyatta's administration had refused a job offer from Ruto's government. According to several sources, the man in question was alleged to be former head of public service Joseph Kinyua who had been serving under Uhuru Kenyatta and the late Mwai Kibaki.

Kinyua oversaw the smooth transition of power from Uhuru to Ruto before handing over to his successor Felix Kosgei. Some weeks, ago, it was reported that Ruto had allegedely called him back after some shoddy work was being done.

Weeks later, Kenyans have been waiting to see whether he had taken up the role in Ruto's government but another report by a local Daily revealed that he had declined the offer.

"A retired high-ranking civil servant who served in the previ- ous administration has turned down a request to coach his successor. Our mole tells us that the man is said to be con- cerned that the opportunity could blot his distinguished career. The incumbent is said to have annoyed his appointing authority with a series of mistakes, some of which have em- barrassed the office. It's back to the drawing board for the ap- pointing authority." Reads a source in the Daily Nation.

"Joseph Kinyua rejects offers to tutor his clueless successor Davies Chirchir. They have been looking for him after failing to stamp authority in civil service." Abuga Makori posted.
