Although Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka who was Odinga's running mate in the 2013 and 2017 general elections, has maintained that he would be the most stupid person on earth to again endorse Odinga in 2022, his former allay claims Kalonzo's popularity has dwindled.
Responding to the Star newspaper report where Kalonzo was missing in the list of the possible presidential running mate for the 2022 elections, Muthama claimed Kalonzo has not attracted any presidential candidate to appoint him running mate.
"Since I left Wiper Party, it has suffered from political apathy over years. As you can see on the Star front page, Kalonzo is not even attracting any possible suitor for the position of running mate. This is because Kenyans know the party lacks internal democracy," said Muthama.
