The former prime minister has been on top political stage for over a decade. During the time at some point he was very close to being the president of this country but things never worked his way. He has never given up and all indicators shows that he is yearning to try again in 2022 general elections. Though this time round he faces stiff competition from his former allies, that is, deputy president William Ruto, Musalia Mudavadi and his long time running mate, Kalonzo Musyoka.Furthermore a survey has been conducted rating the four presidential aspirant on the experience ahead of 2022. According to the poll, Raila Odinga comes out as the most experienced politicians with over 17 million votes. Kalonzo comes second with about 0.9 million votes, Mudavadi comes third with about 0.4 million votes. But deputy president garners zero votes tailing the group.
This poll was basing it's votes on number of times the candidate vied for presidency and votes he garnered at each time. The cumulative votes is then taken to rank him. William Ruto tails because in his life time he has never been on ballot paper as a presidential candidate. Therefore, the poll does not mean probable votes one will scoop in 2022.
