Makueni County Senator Hon Dan Maanzo has warned the ODM Party Leader Hon Raila Odinga and his Jubilee Party Counterpart Uhuru Kenyatta against making the same blunder they made in the run-up to 2022 General election even as reports indicated that the Azimio-One Kenya Coalition is set to announce Kalonzo Musyoka as Raila's 2027 Presidential Running Mate.
According to the reports by Nation on Sunday, Maanzo Tells Uhuru and Raila not to think that their leader Kalonzo can but such an idea owing to the fact that he sacrificed his 2022 Presidential ambition so that Raila can vie.
“You all know what the results would be if Raila is the candidate. It has not worked five times. Wiper is not going to beg anyone because we are a force to reckon with. We don’t want to be provoked again,” Wiper Party Deputy Secretary-General and Makueni Senator Dan Maanzo told the Sunday Nation.
Also, Kalonzo's allies according sources are pushing Raila to replace Uhuru so that Kalonzo can be the Coalition's Supremo.
