"Has Sensed Defeat" Raila's Ally Responds to Ruto's Move of Partnering With Non-Kenya Kwanza Members

Mr Makau Mutua who is Raila Odinga's spokesman has expressed his dissatisfaction at William Ruto who appears to be making some Azimio leaders to vacate through buying them.

Makau has accused William Ruto's move of inducing politicians of other parties to join his Coalition party referring to the move as retrogressive that dates back to the era in which Moi's KANU was the only ruling party before Raila Odinga fought to bring about multipartism.

Mutua has further said Ruto's move of "buying" its members of Parliament is creating a vain impression that he is more powerful. He said,"we are shocked that DP William Ruto, who harbours dreams of leading Kenya,is already engaged in acts of impunity and disregard of the rule of law."Mutua has said that no member of Azimio has legally invoked the process of leaving the coalition and that all members who signed as original members are still members in good standing and any defections will lead to legal nullity.Mutua tells Ruto more that he has disregarded the rule of law which he promised to abide by when he was campaigning.Mutua has said,"why has Ruto panicked and resorted to illegal and corrupt conduct in violation of the law?It can only be because he has sensed defeat."Please share and follow me.
