Azimio Politician Reacts to President Ruto's Yesterday's Interview, Makes Fresh Demands.

The Ugunja constituency member of parliament, Hon Opiyo Wandayi, has reemerged online just one day after President William Ruto's media interview, appearing unimpressed by William Ruto's position on GMO foods.

Wandayi, an ally of the ODM party, criticized Ruto's most recent food-related edict, stating that the Azimio la Umoja camp is dissatisfied with his leadership and making jokes about GMOs and breasts.

President William Ruto is being urged not to belittle the dignity of Kenyans who are struggling to afford basic necessities by the minority leader of the Senate on behalf of Azimio.

Like the majority of Kenyans, Azimio is angry with the president for downplaying the issue of food security in favor of jokes about GMOs and breasts. The President is being urged not to belittle Kenyans' sense of dignity.

"I want Kenyans to know that Azimio is concerned about their uncertainties. They will be at the center of our legislative agenda for the coming year. Azimio will advocate for a shift in how we assist farmers in providing for their families "said Opiyo Wandayi.

Wandayi added that they would work to undo the adjustments the UDA government made in 2022, which led to an increase in the cost of petrol, food, and power.

He continued, "Ruto's administration will have to warn Kenyans about the dangers of a collapsing economy.
