ODM Leader Raila Odinga Successfully Ends The Week in Style in His Campaigns

Following the busy week that has just ended, I would like us to have a review of some of the hot news that hit headline during the week. The busy week was accompanied by several campaigns held by Raila Odinga.

The Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party leader Raila Odinga is among the contenders who are ready to vie for presidency in the coming 2022 general elections. The former prime minister is currently involved in campaigns across the country, visiting different regions each and every day.

According to Raila, this seems to be his last chance to vie for presidency because of his age. Knowing that this is his last trial, the 77-year-old Raila has never gotten tired when it comes to campaigning.

On Friday, 15th October 2021, Raila registered a new record in his life that only a few individuals could realise. Despite being aged, the 77-year-old Raila managed to visit 5 places in a day.

On Friday, Raila visited Eldoret at 8am in the morning. At 3pm, he was in Mumias. At 6pm he was in Lodwar. Later at around 7pm he was in Eldoret before he traveled back to Nairobi in a span of one hour.

His busy day came some moments after the former vice president Kalonzo Musyoka asked Raila to retire because he's old enough to vie for presidency.
