Every time Rigathi Gachagua speaks, his statements portray a very antagonistic character who has not been able to transition into governance and leading a nation. He has not moved past the campaigning mood.
The second is that Rigathi has steadfastly resisted expanding his thinking beyond that of a Mathira MP. that he lacks the necessary charisma to serve as the Head of State's principal assistant and that he appears unable or unwilling to do so. He is undoubtedly always on Mt. Kenya, Mlima, or Mugikuyu!
