Eyebrows Raised as Raila Allied Governor is Pictured Campaigning With Mudavadi

Amani National Congress, ANC party leader Musalia Mudavadi on Sunday toured Nyamira County as he looks to popularize himself ahead of the upcoming August presidential election. The veteran politician is also eying to fly the One Kenya Alliance coalition ticket to face the likes of DP Ruto and Raila Odinga on the ballot.

The former Deputy Prime Minister was accompanied by Nairobi Senator Hon Johnson Sakaja and Nyamira Governor Hon Amos Nyaribo.

However, in the company of Musalia Mudavadi was Deputy President strong supporter Vincent Kemosi who is the Member of Parliament for West Mugirango constituency.

Vincent Kemosi has been one of DP Ruto's point men in the Gusii region immediately after he defected to the United Democratic Alliance party.

Musalia Mudavadi has been linked with a defection to DP Ruto camp on several occasions.

He has been accused of having an agreement with DP Ruto on several occasions and he is waiting for the right time to shift his allegiance and form an alliance with DP Ruto.

On the other hand, Nairobi Senator Hon Jonson Sakaja has also been linked with a shift to UDA as he is eying the Nairobi Gubernatorial seat.

The vocal lawmaker last year was pictured listening to the ground while making a monitoring and evaluation visit to Dandora Stadium alongside other Senators.

Governor Nyaribo on the other hand is a strong supporter of ODM leader Raila Odinga and it is not clear whether he may change his mind in the upcoming polls for another coalition.
