Mutahi Kahiga Finally Breaks Silence on Why He Asked Raila Odinga Questions Face to Face in Nyeri

Nyeri county is one of the areas located in Mt Kenya region that has been named to be an area that will determine who will be the next president of the republic of Kenya as the region has the highest number of registered voters.

Governor Mutahi Kahiga is the chief executive officer of the Nyeri county. Two days ago, the governor received critics from top government lawmakers and politicians after he asked the former Prime Minister Hon. Raila Amollo Odinga questions that ignited mixed reactions.

Kahiga had asked Raila Odinga to tell them the number of ministers he will give the region if he forms the next government rather than telling the people of Nyeri history only and deputy president position.

Speaking to K24 television this evening during a live interview, Kahiga has said that he didn't lecture the Odm leader Raila Odinga who had toured the region to popularize his presidential bid through Azimio la Umoja but was just giving the expections of the Nyeri people.
