Today William Ruto Went to Makueni where he first joined by joining a church service at Kathonzweni African Inland Church. Ruto thank the church for supporting education, health and other social services. Ruto said that, "We salute the church for its contribution in health, education and other social services sector in our country. We urge it to continue promoting good governance and praying for unity in our country. 
Inspired by the word of the Lord in 2Thessalonians 3:16: “Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times in every way. The Lord be with you all. Church service at Kathonzweni African Inland Church (A.I.C) in Kathonzweni town, Later addressed residents of Nzeveni at Nzeveni market, Makueni County." 
Machakos township member of parliament Victor Munyaka was seen very keen on the amount of money William Ruto helped the AIC he stretched to see the amount Ruto gifted. Ruto later after the service talked to the people of Makueni selling out his bottom up agenda.
