Lawyer Isaac tells off President Uhuru Kenyatta that he does not have absolute immunity about the current constitution. He insist that the constitution only gives the president immunity against civil proceedings, as it does not talk about immunity against constitutional or electoral proceedings.
Isaac is a former lawyer who insisted that he had retired and was in his farm in Migori County and relaxing his life, but Building Bridges Initiative brought him because the Constitutional reforms was impunity and Insists that president Uhuru Kenyatta cannot start a constitutional reforms.
The court of appeal had thrown away the appeal by the proponents of Building bridges initiative which was being run by Junet and Former Dagoreti member of parliament.

The opponents of BBI is being led by President of law society of Kenya Nelson Havi who really reject any change of the current 2010 constitution.
Aluochier begs the Supreme Court to reject any proposal to change constitution as he says its null and void.
