Re-known blogger and President Ruto's ally Dennis Itumbi has broken his silence on the qualifications one needs to have so as to remain in Ruto's circle.
Taking to his official Twitter account,Itumbi began by hailing Ruto's close early and head of staff Farouk Kibet.Itumbi stated that Kibet is a smart guy whose work is always appealing.He went on to state that Farouk is organized and always delivers in any space.
In this regard, Itumbi revealed what has made the likes of Kibet remain close to President Ruto.He stated that one needs to be tough effective and firm in nature.He added that the president values one who thinks outside the box and comes up with good ideas."You do not survive around WSR all those years if you are anything less than tough,firm and effective,"read the tweet in part .
