What Muluka Has Noticed After Examining Atwoli's Body Language When Ruto Was in Kakamega State Lodge

It's clear that Azimio boss Raila Odinga has lost almost all the footsoldiers he had in the Western Kenya region, political analyst Barack Muluka says.

He says that Raila's allies have been acting differently when with Ruto, proof that they have found a new friend in him and are no longer with Raila.

He has cited COTU Secretary Francis Atwoli, who was all happy and jovial when he was with leaders who met Ruto at the Kakamega State Lodge recently.

For the former ANC Secretary General, the body language such people have been portraying when around the Head of State should tell Raila that they do not plan on working with him again.

“Look at the likes of Cotu Secretary General Francis Atwoli and his former troops and you have the answer,” he told The Standard.

Atwoli, at the event, admitted that Ruto crushed them as Azimio during the elections despite them having the deep state, at times even cracking jokes.

The event was also attended by lawmakers Titus Khamala (Lurambi), Bernard Shinali (Ikolomani) and Emmanuel Wangwe of Navakholo, all of ODM.

Earlier, they had declared readiness to work with Ruto, the same being the case with Western Kenya ODM governors, save for Paul Otuoma (Busia).
