Member of Parliament for Embakasi East Hon Babu Owino has sparked mixed reactions online as he delivers a powerful Sunday Scripture.

In his post, Owino quoted a scripture in the book of Proverbs Chapter 24 verse 16-18 (New King James Version).

The scriptures reflects the weaknesses human being may face in life and that despite falling or sliding, there is still hopes to grow strong again.

MP Babu's verse stressed that never should one rejoice when someone falls neither let your heart happy when someone stumbles.The verses warn that God might set his wrath away from him.
