Hours after Western Kenya rally, ANC Party leader Musalia Mudavadi has come out to reveal the percentage of Western votes they will bring to Deputy President William Ruto's bid. This is after Kenya Kwanza held successful rallies in Webuye, Funyula and Luanda in Vihiga County led by DP Ruto
This comes barely a day after Raila Odinga brought Vihiga to a standstill pulling huge crowds despite the fact that it is Musalia Mudavadi's stronghold. This thus rose the question on whether Mudavadi and Wetangula will manage to deliver the 70% Western votes to Ruto, a deal that will see Mudavadi to be offered the Chief Cabinet Minister position by Ruto
After Kenya Kwanza rally, Mudavadi has noted that Western Kenya is locked and will vote for Ruto. This is before Mudavadi revealed that he will not only deliver 70% of the Western Kenya votes as required but he will go forward to deliver a whooping 90%
