Political Analyst Herman Manyora has caused a stir online once more after revealing that president Kenyatta speech yesterday during Mashujaa day celebration in Kirinyaga County dismantled and threw out of the window the bottom-up economic development model of DP William Ruto. In a YouTube video Manyora alleges that president Kenyatta clearly outlined out the resources can be taken to the people of low class.
According to Manyora DP William Ruto economic development model is a thing if the past and that president Kenyatta shown him how things are done. In his speech president Kenyatta emphasized on improving education by promising to release funds that will aids in constructing the junior secondary school classes to ensure that CBC is a success.
He went ahead to reveal the plan to improve more structures especially roads in order to ensure that the country achieve the better economic development and growth. It's is through all these that the vocal analyst and a lecturer feels that DP Ruto's so called thing was thrown out of the window. It's in public domain that DP Ruto never made much political comments but only promised to ensure Kenyatta legacy is maintained through bottom-up model.
