Monica Juma was the cabinet minister responsible for ensuring that other top leaders in the ministry of Energy make a visit to Embakasi power station to inspect the ongoing operations. This coming days after the country was thrown into darkness following power outrage last week.
Monica Juma issuing a stern warning to vandalism that has been witness in the country in recent days. She says that such vices will not be tolerated and that the government will enure that the people responsible will be brought to boom and account for all the mess done in the ministry.
She further directed that security lights be installed in the area so as to ensure that the people have a safe living area. She further reiterated that tge directive by president Kenyatta on lowering of electricity prices is still on course and it has already taken effect and Kenyans should begin enjoying.
