Kabando Wa Kabando has alleged that the re-union between President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy President William Ruto is far from becoming a reality owing to the recent moves in the political scene.
Speaking on Citizen TV yesterday, Kabando argued that best decision for the two leaders is to match forward until the 2022 general elections.
"The solution is to ensure institution mandated to ensure transition in the coming year jumps in to action so that the country moves on peacefully."
"For now, Uhuru and Ruto cannot unite since the center cannot hold, thing have fallen apart, and the BBI is completely gone, it is now for them to abide by the law and the other individuals should stop aligning with either of them which will stop the trickery going on in the political space.
He went on to dismiss reports that the 2022 general elections might be postponed adding that the constitution must be followed, and the president must be willing to handover to the next administration.
His comment comes after Religious leaders led by Archbishop Antony Muheria hinted that there is some breakthrough in uniting Uhuru and Ruto.
