Ruto's Men Takes Quick Legal Action After Receiving Intelligence on Azimio's Plans Against UDA

After receiving information about what the allies of the Raila-led Azimio La Umoja coalition are secretly planning against Ruto's United Democratic Alliance (UDA) party, reportedly President William Samoei Ruto's men in the Kenya Kwanza camp have swiftly moved to take legal action.

The picture was used in the news.

Irungu Nyakera, Chairperson of the Farmer's Party, issued a statement on Friday, 30th, 2022, in which he claimed that the Azimio coalition was planning to remove the President's UDA party from the list of political parties in Kenya.

Mr. Nayakera argued that Azimio affiliates are pressuring the Registrar of Political Parties to delist both the UDA and Farmer's Party for failing to register as data processors by June 25, 2021, despite the fact that the registration was due on July 14, 2022.

A portion of the statement read, "A cursory perusal of the suit confirms that the same raises matters falling purely within the purview of the Office of the Registrar of Political Parties and Data Commissioner." "The petitioners had to approach the courts since the primary objective of the suit is to mud-sling UDA and its affiliates," the statement continued.
