The deputy president, Hon Rigathi Gachagua is a happy man after the court stops the ministry of lands officials from interfering with the land.
The land worth 1.5 billion shillings is located close to jomo Kenyatta international airport. There has been a case in and out of court for quite a long period.
Hon Rigathi Gachagua has been having a dispute with Mr. Ohas who claims to be the owner of the land.
The land is allegedly claimed to have been transferred to a company owned by Hon Rigathi Gachagua and his wife Pastor Dorcas Gachagua.
The former Mathira member of parliament, who is now the deputy president was pointing fingers at the previous administration.
His bank account allegedly with close to 208 million was frozen by government agencies. The vocal second in command had promised that the kenya kwanza administration will address the use of state agencies to hunt the leaders and kenyans.
