Meru Governor Kawira Mwangaza Takes A Bold Move to Stop Her Impeachment

Through her legal counsel, Meru governor Kawira Mwangaza has filed a lawsuit to prevent her impeachment by Meru County Assembly members.

This occurs just a few days after the governor made it abundantly clear that she was unconcerned about threats of impeachment.

Because they have not received funds from her office, the governor has taken the matter to court to ensure that the MCAs are unable to carry out their plans to impeach her.

Kawira Mwangaza claims that MCAs are threatening her because she has refused to release illegal ward funds.

Because she is acting in the right way, the governor has made it abundantly clear that she will not be intimidated or threatened.

The governor claims that she has not violated any law, including procurement regulations, in order to be removed from office.

As per Kawira Mwangaza, the MCAs are endeavoring to eliminate her from office on account of their own their own advantages. However, as we proceed, we should wait to see how the court will resolve the Meru County issues.
