Gachagua Dares President Uhuru To Try And Go To Kirinyaga with Raila

The deputy presidential contender of Kenya's Kwanza Alliance, Ruto's Rigathi Gachagua, has challenged President Uhuru Kenyatta to try to campaign for Raila Odinga, the presidential aspirant of Azimio in the Mt. Kenya region, if he feels he's a guy popular enough in that region.

Uhuru has been travelling to seek votes in Raila's backyard, which is in Nyanza and Western, so he hasn't been able to do the same in the Mt. Kenya area.

Gachagua has urged Uhuru that, "If you think you are popular, come with Raila to Kirinyaga and appeal for votes; don't go to Kisumu."

This follows a series of campaigns that Uhuru has undertaken in Kisumu and even in Bungoma, drumming campaign for Raila to be the 5th president of Kenya and not Ruto, terming him unfit to govern the country as president.

This speculation emerges with only 5 days until the August 9th, 2022 elections.
