"Let's Not Look At Fuel Subsidy As Big Deal" Political Analyst Eric Ragalo on Scrapped Fuel Subsidy

Barely days after President William Ruto named his cabinate, some politicians have come out to criticize Ruto's cabinet. Eric Ragalo, who is a political analyst have questioned the integrity of some of the members in William Ruto's cabinet.

Speaking to TV47 during the Morning Cafe show, Ragalo claims that, some of the politicians that Ruto gave the tasks as CS have integrity issues. To him, almost half of them have some active cases running in the courts and thus should not be given any public seat.

"Half of president Ruto's cabinet should not pass parliament because they have integrity issues." Eric Ragalo stated.

However, on matters high prices of fuel, Ragalo gave a thumbs up for the scrapped fuel subsidy. According to him, fuel subsidy is not a big deal and thus helps to reduce our burden.

"Let us not look at fuel subsidy as a big deal. We are reducing our weight burden ourselves." Eric Ragalo added.
