Mutahi Ngunyi has urged the president of Kenya William Ruto to disband the government of Uhuru Kenyatta and appoint his own officers. According to Mutahi Ngunyi, after the attack by the bandits, the country must be vigilant to avoid a possible terror attack for we are a major target.

Mutahi Ngunyi wants president Ruto to be careful and vigilant for lives of Kenyans matter a lot. He is clear that Kenyans are indeed eagerly waiting for the government that will be formed by the president.
According to Mutahi Ngunyi, President Ruto ought to form his Cabinet as first as possible. It's evident that the Interior CS Fred Matiangi went off office and he is yet to report to his office.
President Ruto however has faced major challenges in the country which include cost of living and cost of Unga. The cost of losing lives through banditry is also a major matter of concern.
