Azimio La Umoja One Kenya Alliance flag bearer honorable Raila Odinga has been send back to the drawing board following a message that has been delivered to him by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission Chief Executive Officer Marjan this Thursday.
Marjan has now answered back at Raila Odinga barely a day after he gave a condition to IEBC that they must use the manual register alongside the biometric identification gadgets in every polling station during the day of elections.
In his statement earlier on, Raila maintained that no election will be conducted should it happen that his demand is not adhered to.

According to Marjan who has moved to reveal their position as a commission, they are abiding by the court of appeal ruling of 2017 that provides for them to use the digital register.
This actually means that their priority is to follow the law and use the register the court told them to at the expense of the manual register Raila is calling for.
