James Aggrey Orengo is a veteran and seasoned Kenyan politician from Siaya County in the Lake Side region of Kenya. He is the current serving Governor for Siaya County. He was elected in office during the recently concluded hotly contested 2022 general elections through the Orange Democratic Movement party ticket.
Governor James Orengo has reacted hours after president William Samoei Arap Ruto Suspended the four embattled Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission Commissioners led by Vice Chair Juliana Cherera as he revealed their move. According to his post, he revealed that together with Mama Ida Odinga and Ugunja Constituency Member of Parliament Hon Opiyo Wandayi, they officially opened the Ida Odinga Girls Secondary Asango in Sigomre Ward, Ugunja Constituency.
