UDA party Twitter page administrator has gone ahead to pen down a congratulatory message to Wiper party candidate Agnes Kavindu. Senator Murkomen has also lauded the landslide win by Kavindu and welcomed the Senator-elect to the senate. They have also saluted the effort of the UDA candidate Urbanus Ngengele.

Murkomen has also maintained that ex Machako's senator, Juston Muthama, deserves a pat on his back together with his team for the campaigns they held in Machakos. Murkomen believes now UDA has demonstrated it has no tribal inclination by fielding candidates in Matungu, Kabuchai, Msambweni, and Machakos county.
UDA managed to pull large crowds in Machakos County, a case that is not familiar with newly formed political parties. That is a positive record for its members. When other parties stayed behind, the UDA party went for elections. It is a strategy to market the party before the general elections.
